Give your self plenty of room to move. Get furniture out of the way (give yourself a few feet on all sides) in case you fall. Please read my terms before taking a class!
Props.
It would be useful to have a couple of yoga blocks, a yoga blanket and a strap.
No props? No problem. Use a couple of paperback books , a beach towel, and a belt.

These classes are meant to challenge you to explore and understand your body in a new way. Enjoy the process and try not to take yourself too seriously. Seriously ;)
